This year we are offering one day retreats for all adults 18+ to explore their creative selves, connect with nature and build community with one another. Each day will include 3-4 workshops, a gourmet lunch and down time for relaxation, exploring and socializing.
What to expect:
Self expression: Guided activities will give opportunities to explore your creativity through visual art, writing, music, movement, mindfulness and empowerment.
Community: Connect with like minded people who value growth, imagination, play and following their intuition.
Relaxation: Beautiful environments awaits with space for hiking, exploration and communing with nature.
Encouragement: A place for anyone to feel supported, accepted and challenged to be their best. Absolutely no experience required to attend.
Feasting: Chef Amy Lee will be providing a gourmet catered lunch! Drinks and snacks also included.
Transformation… You won’t leave the same - one day will leave you refreshed and inspired!

Explore the Snoqualmie River Valley by spending the day with us at this beautiful park featuring miles of hiking and a suspension bridge across the Snoqualmie River. We will be engaging in forest bathing and expressive intuitive art, with more workshops to be announced soon.

How do we live more connected, intuitive, and creative lives? Nature shows us the way. In this 90-minute workshop, Esther guides you into the flow state—a conscious space where your most authentic self emerges. You’ll engage in simple, accessible practices like grounding movement, guided free-writing, and intuitive drawing to give voice to what’s held beneath the surface. You will leave with a renewed connection to your intuition, a deeper sense of wholeness, and the freedom to express your true voice. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open mind.More to come!
