Explore the beauty and relaxation of the Snoqualmie River Valley durung this special day with us. This park features miles of hiking and a suspension bridge across the Snoqualmie River. We will be engaging in forest bathing and expressive intuitive art.

  Walk, breathe and connect with nature utilizing elements of Shinrin-yoku, Japanese Forest Bathing.

• Find Your Creative Flow - Esther Loopstra
  How do we live more connected, intuitive, and creative lives? Nature shows us the way. In this 90-minute workshop, Esther guides you into the flow state—a conscious space where your most authentic self emerges. You’ll engage in simple, accessible practices like grounding movement, guided free-writing, and intuitive drawing to give voice to what’s held beneath the surface. You will leave with a renewed connection to your intuition, a deeper sense of wholeness, and the freedom to express your true voice. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open mind.
